Today, Heidi remains deeply involved in her community, continuing to offer meaningful, exceptional jewelry, and unparalleled customer service, all while making a meaningful impact through her pet rescue organization.

Johanna Anez brings decades of retail expertise to her role within the Polka Dotz family, where she has been a cornerstone since the early 2000s, when the business was still known as Musical Kids Clothes. Starting as a manager, Johanna quickly distinguished herself with her deep industry knowledge and exceptional leadership skills. Over the past two decades, she has evolved alongside the company, becoming a vital pillar in the organization’s growth and success. Her dedication and insight have been instrumental in shaping the business, making her a true beacon for the stores and a key figure in their continued prosperity.
Regina Kappman
Regina boasts a 30-year career in the cosmetic and fragrance industry, with roles in sales, management, and buying across drug stores, department stores, and duty-free sectors. She also managed jewelry and accessories and served as an interim Liquor Buyer in the duty-free industry.
Transitioning to the supplier side, Regina joined a liquor and confection distributor, progressing from data entry to Sales Manager for the Southeast, then to Director of Sales and Marketing for confections, and finally to operations manager for the liquor category.
Known for building strong customer and vendor relationships, creating marketing strategies, and driving sales growth, they effectively introduced new brands, processed orders, maintained product pricing, and managed inventory. After the distributor's sale, Regina continued their career at Polka Dotz.
Roberta Oliveira
Roberta Oliveira began her retail career as a teenager at Musical Kids Clothes, gaining invaluable experience that would shape her professional journey. After her initial stint with the company, she expanded her horizons by working at various stores before transitioning into the hospitality industry. Armed with a degree in Marketing, Roberta then took on roles within major corporations, honing her skills and expertise. In 2022, she rejoined the Polka Dotz family, bringing her extensive background and fresh perspective to the team. Since her return, Roberta has spearheaded the marketing efforts for the business, dedicating herself to expanding the store’s reach and enhancing its presence. Her commitment and strategic vision have been pivotal in driving the company’s growth and success.
